But this video shows how perennial biomass based energy is the same old industrial agriculture model that mines soil (or what's left of it) to make woody material for combustion energy. Of course, the soil givens out in these conditions like it always does when we treat it like a road surface, requiring constant inputs of NPK (oil-sourced of course) to keep on going.
